4-Step Installation

1. Clean the adhesive surfaces with a mild cleaner and let them dry completely. Ideal installation temperature: 10 to 25 °C.
2. Place the strip along the door seal, measure the required length, and trim the excess – the strips are intentionally made slightly longer than necessary.
3. Peel off the protective film piece by piece and press the strip on evenly without stretching it.
4. Keep doors, frunk, and trunk closed for a few hours. Full adhesive strength is reached after about 24 hours.

To ensure the adhesive holds permanently: Do not install in direct sunlight or on hot paint. Freshly applied strips need to rest for the first 24 hours – otherwise, heat may cause the adhesive to peel at the edges. If a corner should come loose later: clean the area, warm it briefly, and press it back down.

Compatibility

Suitable for Tesla Model 3 and Model Y, including Model 3 Highland and Model Y Juniper. The strips are glued onto the door frame and do not replace the original seal. They are universally cut to length; excess length is simply trimmed during installation.
