How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery time within Germany is 2-5 business days. Shipping is free for orders over €50.
Do the products fit my Tesla model?
Each product has compatibility badges that show which model it is suitable for. Pay attention to the badges: Model 3 (2017–23), Model 3 Highland (2024+), Model Y (2020–24), Model Y Juniper (2025+), Model S, Model X, or Universal.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the goods. Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Simply contact us by email at support@myteslatuning.de.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna (instant transfer and invoice), and Shopify Pay.
Are the floor mats really a perfect fit?
Yes, our TPE floor mats are precisely cut for each Tesla model. When purchasing, please make sure you order the version for Model 3, Model 3 Highland, Model Y, or Model Y Juniper – the footwells differ.
What is the difference between Model 3 and Model 3 Highland?
The Model 3 Highland (from 2024) is the facelift model with a revised interior. Many accessories such as floor mats, screen protectors, and interior parts are NOT compatible between versions. Always check the compatibility badges.
What is the difference between Model Y and Model Y Juniper?
The Model Y Juniper (from 2025) has a completely new interior with a different dashboard, new center console, and modified trunk. Therefore, floor mats, organizers, and many other parts are not interchangeable between Model Y and Model Y Juniper.
How do I clean the TPE floor mats?
Simply remove the mats from the car and spray them with water. For heavier soiling, you can use mild soap. TPE material is water-repellent, non-slip, and odorless – ideal for everyday use.
Do you also offer bundles?
Yes, we offer various savings bundles, e.g., complete floor mat sets (footwell + trunk) or thematic packages. In the bundles, you save compared to buying individual items. Check under the "Savings Bundles" category.
Where do your products come from?
Our products come from specialized manufacturers of Tesla accessories. We carefully select each item and test it for fit and quality before adding it to our range.
Do you also deliver to Austria and Switzerland?
Yes, we deliver to the entire EU, including Austria and Switzerland. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the country. For orders over €50, shipping within Germany is free.
