We primarily ship with DHL or DPD.

We reserve the right to change the shipping provider if necessary or depending on availability. Customers will not incur any additional costs as a result. Overpaid or separately booked services, if collected, will be refunded.

Pre-order: Pre-orders are usually shipped within 1-2 weeks of order receipt, depending on the item and availability. In some special cases, however, it can take up to 6 weeks, but these are only exceptions. Customer service can provide you with more precise information at any time.
